housing community offers you all the conveniences of home.
With the convenience of on-campus living, and by creating a worry-free, quiet
learning environment to match, our goal is to support you in making your
academic experience a success. It's not just about having a great apartment,
it's about giving you the resources you need to succeed, with a college
experience you'll treasure.
Please note: Pets of any kind, including a dog, cat, reptile, or exotic animal, domestic or wild, fur bearing or other animal are not permitted in campus housing at any time. If a tenant or any guest violates the pet restrictions (with or without the tenant's knowledge), the tenant will be subject to a charge of $250 and/or damages, eviction, and other remedies as provided in the tenant's lease. Therapy or emotional support animals necessary for an individuals' disability under Section 504 of the Fair Housing Act or relevant provisions of the Americans With Disabilities Act, and approved in advance by campus housing are not considered pets.
